"FROM ESSEX TO THE CORNISH COAST"

For as long as I can remember, the Cornish coast has felt like home — its rugged beauty, fresh sea air, and incredible local produce stayed with me even while living far away in Essex. After ten years of dreaming, I finally made the leap with my family, trading the familiar for a life by the sea and the chance to follow a long-held passion. That move inspired me to create something rooted in gratitude, courage, and community: Prawn Star.

 

Prawn Star celebrates the bounty of Cornwall, from the freshest prawns and shellfish to locally sourced ingredients that honour the coast. Every dish is crafted with care and a sense of fun, whether it’s a salt-free Cajun boil, a flavour-packed butter disc, or playful packaging that sparks joy before the first bite. More than just a menu, it’s a way of sharing festive moments, creativity, and the magic of gathering around food — a story shaped by the coast I fell in love with and now get to celebrate one feast at a time.

THE PRAWN STAR SEAFOOD PLATTERS

Dive into a dazzling Prawn Star Seafood Platter, brimming with Cornwall’s finest shellfish and coastal favourites.

Fresh, bold, and crafted with passion, each platter is loaded with locally sourced produce and built to bring serious sparkle to your table.

Perfect for celebrations, date nights, gatherings, or whenever you want to feast like a true Prawn Star!

Orders must be placed 48 hours before collection.

Collections available Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 12pm–6.30pm.

THE PRAWN STAR SEAFOOD BOILS

🎉 Seafood Boils

 

A joyful feast of Prawn Star Sea Boils, simmered in our signature Cajun butter sauce, made with the freshest treasures from Cornwall’s sea. Available for collection orders only, with pre‑booking required 48 hours in advance to ensure nothing goes to waste and every dish is perfectly prepared.

 

We’ll be serving these festive boils every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — bringing sparkle, flavour, and community to your weekend table.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE PRAWN STAR?

The Prawn Star will be popping up all along the Cornish coast, bringing the heat and big flavour with a brand‑new product launching this March.

In the meantime we’re taking over kitchens across Cornwall to host our  Seafood Boil Nights. Expect a full vibe: the table‑pour experience, the gloves, the spice, a live band, and signature cocktails crafted and designed by me. We’ll also be creating exciting new products for the market and launching them exclusively on our nights, giving you first taste of what’s to come!

This is just the beginning. Watch the journey of Prawn Star unfold as I single‑handedly bring this brand to life!
